    Maison de la France has given Brittany Ferries Holidays an enormous accolade by being named "Best Main Holiday Operator to France" at the Maison de la France British Travel Trade Awards 2006. The independent judging panel was made up of representatives from across the industry, comprising Accor Hotels, the Coach Tourism Council, Rail Europe, Air France, Sea France and ABTOF.

Following the award ceremony held at the Novotel last week, Managing Director of Maison de la France, Christian Lepage said: "This award is well deserved.
