Brittany Ferries Reduced Plymouth-Santander Fares by up to 25%

Fares on Brittany Ferries' blue-riband route from Plymouth to Santander are being cut across all seasons during 2007 by as much as 25%. The lead-in unrestricted fare for a car plus 2 is now £155 each way for an unlimited stay, which is down from £205 last year.

But these fare reductions do not come with any cutback in quality of service, as passengers will continue to enjoy cruising to and from Spain on-board Brittany Ferries' £100 million flagship, Pont Aven, described by the Daily Telegraph's restaurant critic as "the height of rampant, modern-day luxury" (30th December 2006). From Commodore Class Suites, with their own balconies and flat screen TV, to regular 2-berth cabins with their own en-suite facilities, everyone can travel in comfort, including even pets, which have their own kennels and which can be visited by owners throughout the journey.

All this comes with the very real advantages of being able to travel at a relaxed pace with a baggage allowance that is only limited by the amount you are able to pack in your car.

The service operates every Sunday and Wednesday from March to December with a crossing time of only 19 ½ hours.
