Brittany Ferries very much hope that all passengers will enjoy a totally relaxing crosiing onboard our luxury cruise ferries and high speed vessels.

Disabled passengers choosing to travel by sea need to be aware of certain limitations in the service we can reasonably deleiver before electeing to travel with us. Our shore-based staff and onboard crew will do their utmost to help make your crossings a relaxing part of your holiday but you may enjoy the experience more if travelling with an abled-bodied companion.

How can we help?

Mobility - All our cruise ferries have lifts to help you get to and from the car decks. If you need to be parked close to the lift it is vital you let us know when making your booking

Disabled cabins - Disabled cabins are available, however, these are limited and early booking is essential to avoid disappointment

Assistance dogs - Are welcome but it is essential you notify us and that the dog complies with the Pet Travel Scheme

Help at our ports - All our ferry terminals in our UK ports have disabled access and facilities. If you have any queries regarding the facilities at ports in the UK, France or Spain, please contact us
