Extend Summer with an Autumn 'Awayday' golf break in France from only £57!

Uncrowded courses in beautiful surroundings with all the convenience of having your own car

This autumn, Brittany Ferries Holidays are offering golfers the chance to pop across the Channel to France and play some of the most beautiful, uncrowded courses in the whole of Europe at bargain prices. Awayday Breaks start at only £57* per person (the same as last year!) at 18 selected golf courses in Normandy and Brittany and include both green fees and return ferry travel with a car. Reclining seats are also included in the price but, if required, cabins can be pre-booked at a discount of 50%. For an extra £5 lunch with a glass of wine or beer is even included at some of the courses!

'Play & Stay' from £105* per person
This bargain option is for golfers wishing to stay a night in France and play two rounds of golf. It includes return ferry travel with a car, two green fees and one night's hotel accommodation with breakfast. Extra nights can be added from only £48 per night, which includes hotel, breakfast and a green fee.

These golf breaks begin and end with a relaxing cruise, giving plenty of time to enjoy the ship's fine restaurants, comfortable bars and lounges and live entertainment. On overnight crossings a good night's sleep in an en-suite cabin (an extra, but at 50% discount) allows you to arrive refreshed and ready for a round of golf. What's more, taking your own car means packing bulky golf equipment is so easy and there is not even the faintest prospect of excess baggage charges.

If any advice is needed, then it is readily available from the Brittany Ferries' Golf Desk, staffed by experts who are all very familiar with the golf courses featured. They can also arrange all bookings including tee-off times.

All courses are within easy access of the four French ports served by Brittany Ferries and range from the spectacular Omaha Beach Golf Club, which, as the name implies, runs along the beach which was the site of the historic D-day landings, to the Golf Club des Ormes set in the wooded grounds of an eighteenth century château near St Malo.

Brittany Ferries operates five routes to Normandy and Brittany, all with frequent sailings: Portsmouth-Caen, Portsmouth-Cherbourg, Portsmouth-St Malo, Poole-Cherbourg and Plymouth-Roscoff.
