Roscoff Ferry Terminal Guide

By Car

Take the D69 to Brest, Quimper, and the South; the N58 will take you to Morlaix, and from there you can take the N12  to Rennes. The D785 takes you to Perres Quirec.

By Train

There are trains from Roscoff to Morlaix that take 29 minutes. From Morlaix you can take TGV’s to the rest of France. Roscoff’s SNCF train station can be reached on: 02 98 69 70 20

By Bus

A regular bus service runs between Roscoff and Morlaix and takes 35 minutes.

Roscoff Terminal Facilities

Described as the Channel’s most least obvious international ferry port, Roscoff has grown significantly since its opening in 1973 and its terminal was refurbished in 1998.

Baby changing room

There is a baby-changing facility.

Cafeteria/Bar/Restaurant

During the winter when sailings to and from Roscoff are limited the bar/restaurant is open from 10am-7pm. During the summer months it is also open for ship arrivals and departures.

Bureau de change

There is no Bureau de Change in the terminal, only a cashpoint machine for which there is a charge.

Services for the Disabled

All facilities in the Roscoff terminal are situated on the ground floor, which is accessible by small ramps from the main parking area. Disabled toilet facilities are available in the terminal.

Left Luggage

There is no left luggage facility.

Newspaper/Gift Shop

Newspapers and a small selection of souvenirs can be bought here. The shop is open during June, July and August to meet ship arrivals and departures.

Showers

Shower facilities are available in the terminal and are open during the terminal’s opening hours. The showers are token operated which can be purchased from the bar at a cost of 2 € for 6 minutes.

Tourist Information

The tourist information desk is open in the terminal during July and August. The tourist information office in the town centre is open throughout the year. The tourist office is at 46 rue Gambetta (02 98 61 12 13) in an attractive stone building north of the place de la République.

Parking

There is  a large open car park in front of the passenger terminal. There is no charge for parking here but it is at the owner’s risk. There is also an area where cars and caravans can park overnight.
