Brittany Ferries' letting service features holiday cottages on behalf of owners who are too busy to handle the letting themselves

Holiday Homes is the fully bonded letting management service from Brittany Ferries, market leaders in self-catering holidays in France - and now an increasing range of Casas is also being offered in Northen Spain. Owners of second homes are often busy people with demands on time making it difficult for them to handle their holiday lets.

Brittany Ferries can offer a service that takes all the headaches out of letting, including a seven day a week reservation service that ensures no potential bookings are lost. We also handle all the paperwork, including sending you, the owners, that very welcome cheque or bank transfer on a regular basis!

How to apply...

Please request our information pack giving you all sort of useful tips such as recommended equipment and furnishings, by ringing us on 0871 244 0620* or e-mailing us at: holidayhomes@brittany-ferries.com.

We ask you to complete the application in the pack and to return it to us. On receipt we will arrange for our representative to visit your property. Visits generally take place between April and early May and again in July and August for inclusion in the following year's brochure. We are available to advise on all aspects of the letting process including establishing levels of rent.

Once we have received our representative's report, we will contact you to discuss your property's inclusion in our next brochure and on our website. All that is left for you to do is sign the contract, relax and leave the rest to us!
