The main feature of this excellent course is the pretty lake of St Cyr along which the second nine holes run. This means, of course, that water comes into play on many of these, but you don't have to let that worry you as you play the first nine threading your way through pretty woodland - here your major concern will be to keep your ball away from the trees that closely border the fairways. The comfortable clubhouse is set high up above the course and the large terrace provides wonderful views across the lake where there are few better places to enjoy a post-round drink.
