More improvements at Portsmouth

Engineers at our Portsmouth hub have now finished another phase of the £16.5 million redevelopment of the port, improving the experience for passengers travelling by both car and on foot.

The new glass and steel terminal building now has a brand new canopy at the rear of the building which will shelter foot passengers from the elements as they arrive and depart.

In addition the previous terminal which dated from the 80s has now been demolished, making way for more vehicle marshalling lanes which will improve the flow of vehicles through the port.

The new terminal was opened in May and continues to impress with its light and spacious interior, comfortable seating and enhanced facilities including a shop, bar and Costa coffee as well as a terrace giving views over the harbour. We look forward to seeing you there!
