Take a cruise on the wild side

This summer join Brittany Ferries and wildlife partners ORCA on a really wild 2-night whalewatching cruise to Santander in Spain aboard the flagship Pont-Aven. Plunging to depths of 2.5 miles, the Bay of Biscay is home to over 20 species of cetacean, varying in size from harbour porpoises (no bigger than dogs) to mighty blue whales (the world's largest living animals).

Brittany Ferries has worked with ORCA for 5 years now. The whale watching cruises are not only fascinating for passengers but also of great importance to scientific study, gathering information for marine surveys, and monitoring cetacean populations around the UK and European waters - exercises crucial to the animals' conservation, as so little is known about them.

Whalewatching cruises depart from Portsmouth and terminate in Plymouth. Prices start from £165 per person.
