Brittany Ferries hopes all passengers enjoy a relaxing journey, particularly those with impaired mobility. In order to provide the correct level of service we need you to tell us about your needs. We cannot guarantee your passage or any assistance without full disclosure of any disability at the time of booking.
If you experience problems when making your booking online, this may be due to safety limits.
There may be times when your booking has been confirmed by us but, after discussing the assistance you require and consulting with the relevant ships and ports, we may be unable to carry you on a particular sailing having already reached the limit of disabled persons we can carry in a safe or operationally feasible manner.
