About our French Hotel Breaks

A few days away from the routine of everyday life can have a remarkably refreshing effect at any time of year. And with France being so close, yet at the same time very different, there’s no better place to head for on one of our French holiday breaks. There's a great choice of accommodation situated either in or very close to our arrival ports so if you don't want to drive far, each of these ports is a great place to visit in its own right.

With Brittany Ferries, getting away for that short break to France couldn't be easier. Locations are equally varied – your hotel could be near Paris next to Disneyland or Versailles Palace, beside a charming fishing port like Trouville on Normandy’s Flowered Coast, or settled in a Breton country manor house with in its own spacious and peaceful grounds.

Self-Catering Breaks

Many of our French self-catering apartments, chalets and holiday resorts can be booked for just 4 nights outside of July and August. So if you fancy a self-catering short break, perhaps in the spring or autumn, it couldn’t be easier to arrange.

Obviously, outside of the peak months you are far less likely to encounter crowds, both on the roads, and at major tourist attractions. Also, the weather can still be extremely pleasant at this time of year, and of course accommodation prices are lower. What other incentive do you need to get away for a few days?
