Pont-Aven offers guests fantastic facilities, including a range of entertainment and relaxation options normally only found on cruise ships.
Les Boutiques
Our boutiques on decks 6 and 7 offer a fine range of spirits, wine, tobacco, perfumes & cosmetics, leather goods, confectionery, toys, fashion, decoration, souvenirs, newspapers, games, cameras, sunglasses, jewellery...
Wines, spirits and tobacco are sold in our onboard shops at French prices, which means they cannot be purchased within UK territorial waters - the shops may open for browsing, and sales of other goods closer to the UK, but we are not allowed to sell passengers alcohol and tobacco within 20 minutes of the UK port. The purchase of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to persons under 18.
Purchases made on board may be paid for in Euros or Sterling. Payment can be made in cash, by credit or debit card. Prices are shown in both currencies and you can combine different payment methods.
Cinemas
Enjoy the latest films in the ship's two cinemas, both featuring surround sound. The cinemas seat a total of 90 passengers.
Children's playroom
Young children can enjoy fun and games in our playroom.
Children's entertainment
For kids, during the peak season they can take part in our special entertainments programme and enjoy everything from games to treasure hunts, or they can simply have fun in the play area.
Pool & Leisure Area
The magnificent indoor pool area offers guests the perfect opportunity to unwind. Relax on a sun lounger, sip a drink at the bar, or have a splash in the pool that offers great sea-views. The swimming pool is usually open from May-September, depending on conditions.

Our Spanish services are all about enjoying a relaxing, cruise-type experience with fabulous dining, cinemas showing the latest films, stylish boutiques and quality entertainment.
This year, passengers travelling to Spain on board Pont-Aven and Cap Finistère will also have the opportunity to indulge themselves in a range of spa treatments. Find out more
Live entertainment
Talented live bands and solo vocalists, pianists, DJs and children's entertainers all feature heavily in our busy entertainment programme on the Pont-Aven this year. The full line-up are onboard from April to autumn 2012, with occasional solo tribute artistes in the school holidays too.

Teenage Room
The games room on deck nine will keep teenagers entertained throughout the trip. Highlights include the latest video games and an air hockey table.
On Deck
For a stroll, the Promenade on deck six allows you to walk all around the ship, while the ship's top deck offers a calm spot to relax, while enjoying the sea air and incredible views, particularly when entering or leaving the port.
Other facilities
Bureau de Change: located on deck 7. You can exchange currency using Credit/ Debit cards, travellers cheques or bank notes (we do not accept cheques or coins). You can also withdraw cash using Debit or Credit cards. Cash will be provided in the card's native currency.

There are a number of lounges on board where you can relax:
Reserved Lounge Seating
This room on deck nine offers 47 comfortable seats for passengers without a cabin.
Commodore Lounge
This exclusive room on deck eight is for suite passengers, and includes access to two side patio areas.
Mezzanine
The spacious lounge on the mezzanine level of the main bar includes comfortable lounge chairs and sofas.
