Gourmet cruise offers
Love French food? Then treat yourself to one of our gourmet breaks to France departing from Portsmouth, Poole or Plymouth.
Delicious French cuisine can be enjoyed on all of our cruise ships and our talented French chefs make food one of the highlights of every crossing. In fact, we do our best to source locally and around 80% of the food served on board is sourced in France - the vast majority from Brittany.
Choose between excellent formal dining, self-service restaurants, Petit Marchés (food outlet offering fresh produce, sandwiches and much more) or cafes. All of our on-board restaurants have an excellent wine selection, many of which can also be bought in our shops.
Our main restaurant is always popular with a superb buffet of fine French cuisine on the menu. Starters include smoked salmon and langoustines, main courses include fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, and there are sumptuous desserts and fine French cheeses.
Our self-service restaurants provide snacks, buffets, and hot dishes. We offer favourite British dishes such as fish and chips, plus salads, baguettes, sandwiches and other snacks. Hot and cold beverages, plus wine, beer and cider are also available.
Children are always well catered for with a special under twelves' menu.
In the self-service restaurant, our children's meal consists of a main dish, a drink and a bag containing two gifts inside as well as lollipops and an apple compote.
Meanwhile in the main restaurant, children under the age of 12 years can choose from the same menu as their parents and can enjoy whatever dishes they wish and will pay just £5.50.
Perfect for breakfast or a daytime snack, we serve delicious pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins, fruit tarts and tasty baguettes. Fruit juices, cold drinks and hot beverages are also available.
Bars and lounges
All our cruise ferries offer passengers an impressive selection of comfortable lounges and bars.
Enjoy a drink or two in a convivial atmosphere - maybe make some new friends - or simply settle down in elegant surroundings and do as little as you wish.
Many of the wines available in our restaurants are also for sale in the onboard boutiques. View some examples below, alternatively you can browse through a selection of hand-picked wines available with our onboard wines list.
Menu choices may not be available on all crossings.
Our French chefs and patissiers aim to deliver creative and innovative cuisine with our customary Gallic flair. Menus will feature vegetarian options but if you're concerned about food preparation or gluten-free choices, our options on board are limited. Allergen advice for all dishes served on board can be sought from any of the catering and restaurant teams. If you have any concerns once on board, please ask a member of crew for advice.
