Golf des Aisses Golf des Aisses

Golf des Aisses

Situated in the Sologne region of the Loire Valley, Aisses is reminiscent of and inspired by the old heathland courses of the UK. Re-designed by Martin Hawtree, this course boasts large fairways and generous greens, making it a really enjoyable track with an exciting layout of three loops of nine holes.

Our opinion: Everybody should play here. A fantastic course. Favourite Hole: 1st.

FGV006 Golf d'Orleans Limere Golf d'Orléans Limère

Golf d'Orléans Limère

Ref: FGV006

Laid out in the beautiful Sologne forest, Golf d'Orléans Limère has many water hazards and some fearsome bunkers. The Peugeot Golf Guide describes it as one of the finest French courses with exemplary architecture. Having hosted several French PGA Championships, the course is maintained to a very high standard.

Our opinion: A very good, 'must play' course! Favourite Hole: 14th.

St Germain golf course Golf de Saint Germain

Golf de Saint Germain

This Harry Colt design is a classic parkland flat course is set in the beautiful forest of St Germain. The course opened in 1922 and has hosted many big tournaments over the years. You are some 9 miles from Versailles and within easy reach of Paris.

Our opinion: A must play. Favourite Hole: 4th.

Les Bordes Les Bordes

Les Bordes

Les Bordes was the brainchild of Baron Marcel Bich (the man behind Bic pens) who along with his friend Yoshiaki Sakurai committed to paper this wooded masterpiece. The course was designed by Texan Robert von  Hagge on what many think was a wickedly creative day. This is one of the outstanding courses in the world and a must play although you will need to act quickly as it will most likely close again at the end of 2018. This is one of the most difficult courses you could ever wish to play.

Our opinion: Book it now a must for any serious golfers although access is strict. Favourite Hole 18th

Fontainbleau Fontainbleau

Rated among the European Top 20 and the World Top 100, Fontainbleau is a favourite for many who know golf. Despite being private and exclusive access is possible and what a joy awaits the golfer. Tom Simpson was the designer and certainly planned the course with over a 100 bunkers. Often likened to the top Surrey Heathland courses Fontainbleau will not disappoint with its sandy subsoil you are assured of great playing conditions all year round.

Our opinion: A must play course. Favourite Hole 8th

Cely-en- Biere Cely-en-Beire

Cely-en- Biere

The course as so many is set in a wonderful location and has a 14th century castle in the grounds. Situated 25 miles from Paris it has a Japanese feel about the clubhouse and was one of many courses built for the far eastern golfers back in the 80's.

Our opinion: Worth a visit. Favourite Hole 6th

Chateau d'Augerville Golf d' Augerville

Golf d' Augerville

This course is set in one of the Top 3 "best Chateau golf settings in all of France" A superb design which requires all types of shots to be played, with large greens and several holes that feature water makes      Golf d' Augerville a first class challenge.

Our opinion: Certainly worth a visit. Favourite Hole 11th.

Golf du Prieure Golf du Prieure

One of the most respected private clubs in France, Le Prieure presents two fine parkland courses and is becoming a real favourite with visiting golfers. The courses were designed by Fred Hawtree and built in 1961. The clubhouse is situated in an 11th century Priory which provides a wonderful setting after your round.

Our opinion: Very warm welcome and pleasant courses. Favourite Hole 10th.

Golf de Joyenval Golf de Joyenval

Golf de Joyenval

Golf de Joyenval is a very private estate with two first class courses designed by the American architect Robert Trent Jones the Retz and Marly courses, whilst playing you will find it hard to imagine that you are only 20 minutes from Paris. We have arranged limited access to this wonderful estate and no doubt our lucky clients will talk about the experience for years to come.

Our opinion: A must play. Favourite Holes Marly 18th and Retz 6th.
