Cruise to Spain and back

After departing from Plymouth on a Sunday afternoon you arrive in Santander the next morning in time for lunch en route to your hotel in La Franca - an easy drive via the motorway that takes around 45mins. Then after two days of swinging your clubs you leave Santander mid afternoon on a Thursday, so you have time to look around this lovely city and do some last minute shopping before arriving back in the UK the next morning after breakfast.

The Hotel Mirador de La Franca is a tiny cove between San Vicente and Llanes - both charming seaside towns with attractive shopping streets and café/bars to suit all pockets. From here, a dramatic scenic drive inland leads you through pretty villages to the Picos de Europa mountains and on a clear day magnificent views if you take the cable car from Fuente Dé to the top of the peaks.
