Cycling in France
Are you inspired to cycle on the continent? Perhaps it's the thought of enjoying the delicious French cuisine whilst becoming fitter and leaner. Maybe it's the dream of empty roads through sleepy, unspoilt villages on a short 5 day ride in Western France or on a macho long distance leg burner across France and Spain. We would love you to take your bike, a truly green way to travel. Brittany Ferries and cycling - the perfect combination.
Taking your bike across the Channel could not be easier. Simply walk it onboard through the car entrance, lock it to the points provided, then relax whilst enjoying a daytime or overnight crossing. Unlike planes, there is no need to dismantle the bike to box it up, or to wonder whether it will arrive from the luggage hold in one piece, if at all. You have a tandem? No problem. Tandems and bikes are all the same great low price.
Brittany and Normandy are wonderful places to cycle. To help you on your way, we have devised 200 mile cycle routes through Brittany and Normandy. You can achieve each within 5 days to take advantage of our great-value 5 day fare, combine them, or use as a base for an even longer experience.
