Getting to Santander Terminal

By car

Santander provides good road connections to the whole of Spain and the South of France. Take the N634 westwards along the coast towards Coruna, and eastwards towards Bilbao. The N611 goes south to Valladolid and the N623 links the ferry port with Burgos. To get to the port from town follow the signs to Puerto, Zona Maritma or Ferry.

By train

The station is 5-10 minutes away from the terminal with services to Bilbao and Oviedo. RENFE is the national railway system and has links to almost every town in Spain.

By coach

There is a coach station in Santander, about 5-10 minutes from the terminal and there are Regular services to and from Madrid and Bilbao.

By foot

It takes approximately 5-10 minutes to walk to the train and coach station from the ferry terminal.

Cafeteria/ Gift Shop

The cafeteria is on the ground floor & there is a gift shop which sells beverages & food.

Facilities for the disabled

Access to the terminal is possible for disabled passengers. There are disabled toilet facilities.

Telephones

Coin and phonecard payphones can be found in the terminal.

Tourist Information

There is a tourist information desk in the terminal which is open for arrivals and departures. There is a larger tourist information office in Santander (00 34 942 310 708).

Parking at Santander Terminal

Parking is only permitted for dropping off and picking up. Passengers wishing to park for longer must use one of the paying car parks nearby.
