Baby changing room
There are baby-changing facilities on both the main concourse and mezzanine level.
Bar/Café
The bar and World Marché cafeteria are open from 5.30am - 11.30pm. Both pounds sterling and Euros are accepted.
Costa Coffee
There are Costa Coffee Cafés situated on both the main concourse and mezzanine level. These are open from 6.00am - 11.00pm Monday - Thursday, and 5.30am - 11.00pm Friday - Sunday.
Bureau de change
There is no Brittany Ferries Bureau de Change at the port. However, you can call and reserve your Euros from Brittany Ferries in advance. Simply call 0871 244 0426** at least 72 hours prior to your departure, quoting your booking reference and how many Euros you want and we'll have them ready for you when you check-in!
Services for the disabled
Wheelchairs are available in the terminal in case of emergencies. Two lifts connect the concourse with the mezzanine level.
Left luggage
This is situated behind the port security desk. A charge of £3 per day per item is made. No electronic equipment can be accepted. Left luggage cannot be left overnight and must be reclaimed before the terminal closes.
Lost property
Enquiries relating to lost property must be directed to the Port security office.
Shop
The Amigo shop is situated on the main concourse. This opens from 6.30am - 11.00pm Monday - Thursday, and 05.30am - 11.00pm Friday - Sunday.
Telephones
Coin, phonecard and credit card payphones are situated in the main concourse. There is also an information point for local facilities such as hotels, B&B's and taxis.
Internet
Spectrum Interactive internet kiosks are available on the mezzanine level. WiFi is available at Costa Coffee on the same mezzanine level, a charge is payable for this service.
Viewing deck
A viewing deck offers outdoor seating and views over the port.
Post box
This is situated outside the terminal, near the exit closest to the Brittany Ferries desk.
Travelling with Dogs
Inside the port area dogs are allowed on a lead. They are not allowed in the terminal or to leave the car once they have passed security.
The nearest park outside of the port is Alexandra Park, just off the A3 approximately 1.5 miles north bound from the port (7 minutes drive/23 minutes walk).
Truck Driver's facilities
A drivers' rest room is situated outside the terminal, opposite the Brittany Ferries freight office. This offers a vending service and is open 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week. Male and female shower rooms are located a short walk from the rest room, next to the Portsmouth Handling Services building.
Big Screen Experience

Recent developments at Portsmouth port have seen the installation of a state of the art giant outdoor screen. Measuring 25m2 this new screen will give updates on the boarding process, weather conditions and also keep you up to date with latest news all whilst sitting in the comfort of your vehicle.

Getting to Portsmouth International Port
By car
From London, take the M3 or A3. From the Midlands take the A34 to the M3, and from the South West take the A31. From Bristol and south Wales take the A36. These roads lead to the M275, from which an exit road leads directly to the port.

By train
There are train services between Portsmouth and London Waterloo, taking 85 minutes. There are also services between London Victoria and Portsmouth passing through Chichester, Brighton and Gatwick. From Cardiff the train passes through Salisbury and Bristol. Portsmouth stations include Portsmouth & Southsea and Portsmouth Harbour, both of which are close to the Port.
A shuttle bus runs to the port from Portsmouth & Southsea Station, and from the bus station next to Portsmouth Harbour Station, between the months of May - September. View the shuttle bus service schedule. Outside of these months a taxi should be taken from outside either train station at a cost of around £5.
Please allow, approximately, a minimum of 45 minutes to connect between the ferry port and Portsmouth train stations, depending on what form of transport you plan to get to / from the train stations.
By coach
Regular coach services depart from Portsmouth port (from directly outside the terminal) to London Victoria and Heathrow Airport. From London, onward connections can be made to the rest of the UK. Services are operated by National Express www.nationalexpress.com. We recommend buying tickets in advance.
By foot
It takes approximately 20 minutes to walk to the ferry terminal from the town centre and 30 minutes from Portsmouth & Southsea train station.
By Taxi
A taxi rank is located directly outside the main terminal.
Port parking
The car park is inside the port and is operated by APCOA. Use the left hand lane at the entrance to the car check-in area, and then follow the signs. Disabled parking is available on the ground floor. Luggage trolleys are available for a £1.00 deposit. 516 spaces. The maximum height for vehicles in the car park is 2.2m high. Payment for the car park is made upon exit. If you have an early morning sailing Caravans / Motorhomes can be parked in the check-in lanes after midnight. The vehicle is parked at your own risk and should not be left unattended. Please note that no facilities are open overnight .Prices are shown below, however, customers may find cheaper parking through en.parkopedia.co.uk or www.Parkatmyhouse.com.
