Can I access the internet onboard?

It is possible to access the Internet on all 8 of our passenger ships: Armorique, Barfleur, Bretagne, Normandie, Pont Aven, Cap Finistère, Mont St Michel & Normandie Express.

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge to passengers (except on Normandie Express). You need to log into the Internet@Sea wireless network using the credentials printed on your boarding card or cabin key. Please ensure you have mobile data services turned off in your device settings to avoid incurring additional charges. There are separate instructions on how to do this here

The Internet connection is via satellite and therefore speeds may vary. The service performance may also vary depending on the number of users and your device specifications. You can connect to the service in public areas of the ship where you see the Wi-Fi logo. Please ask at the information desk for more information.
