Will I receive confirmation and tickets?

For ferry only bookings a combined travel document is sent out within 24 hours. This comprises of an invoice and an e-ticket which becomes valid once full payment has been received.

A holiday that is booked on line or via our Passenger Services Department will receive confirmation (consisting of an invoice and holiday itinerary) by email within 24 hours. The tickets and directions are sent out by post 28 days before travel.
