Why does my email confirmation not include an attachment?
Firstly, please check your email Internet Security software and 'Spam' settings box to make sure the attachment has not been identified as spam and removed.
You may need to add the following email addresses to your safe senders list in your email client (please refer to your email client's documentation if you do not know how to do this) email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have added us to your safe senders list please call our Passenger Services Team on 0871 244 0744 to request a new email.
This procedure should eliminate the problem of your attachment being removed.
