Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Comfortable, semi-detached gite next to friendly owners' holiday home on edge of village (no shops). Within 12k you will find golf, walks, riding, lakes & fishing. Built into a slope the entrance to property & accommodation is on raised grd floor. Shower room & wc. Lounge/dining room (tv) with archway to small kitchen area with mini oven/grill (no normal size oven), m/wave, f/freezer, d/washer & w/machine. Stairs to lower floor with 3 bedrms - 1 sgle, 2 dbles. Duvets. Travel cot, high chair, stairgate. Baby bath (on request). Electric heating (25 euros/wk). Enclosed grounds with private garden area, table tennis, furniture & bbq. Sun loungers. Utility charge: metered. The Pool: 10m x 5m and 1.5m deep. Fenced and open June to end Sept & shared with owners.
In addition to the pool on site there is a good choice of activities locally without having to drive very far. It's also a good base for touring the Dordogne area with historic Bergerac nearby.
