Just 1k from Biron with its chateau, bar & restaurant . Spacious, lovely open plan living room with kitchen/dining area (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer) and lounge area (inset fireplace, tv, video). Grd flr dble & twin bedrms. Bath/shower room (w/machine, t/dryer). Wc. 1st floor has another dble bedrm, a tple (3 sgle beds), shower room & 2nd wc. Cot, high chair. C/heating. Welcome pack. Enclosed well-kept gardens with patio, furniture, bbq & swings. Utility charge: metered. Private Pool: 9m x 4m with a constant depth of 1.5m. Alar med. Large step (0.40m deep) at one end for children's access. Sun terrace with loungers. Poolside shower. For sole use of guests at this property, it is open May to end September, weather permitting.
The bastide town Montpazier (5k) holds a Thursday market. Places to visit include the lovely town of Beaumont du Périgord (23k), Monbazillac (40k) for wine tasting, and Bergerac (45k).
