Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.

Description of Accommodation
The lively resort of Lacanau Océan, between pine forest and sea, has a long white sandy beach and slightly inland a huge freshwater lake offering many watersport facilities including water skiing, sailing & windsurfing. An easy drive away are the Médoc vineyards where the fine 'grand cru' wines are produced.
This 12 hectare site with 584 pitches shaded amongst pine trees has direct access to the beach (300m) via a footpath. Facilities include 2 large heated pools, communal bbq & good entertainment for all ages.
Max: 4 - Chalet style 'Cottage Classic' mobile homes have living room with table/chairs, padded seating, kitchen corner (fridge/freezer, microwave + 4 ring hob), double & twin bedroom, shower, wc. French windows to wooden terrace with garden furniture. Bbq hire 3 euros/day, 18 euros/week.
Max: 6 - 'Cottage Océanic'. As above except double bedroom has king size bed & there is a dishwasher & an extra twin bedroom.

FOR CHILDREN - Free activities for 5-12yrs all season (treasure hunts, arts & crafts, shows) and 13-17yrs (Jul/Aug). Games room (billiards, video games) & play area. Disco.
OTHER ACTIVITIES - Sports tournaments, karaoke, themed evenings, quiz nights (all season). Surf lessons.
FACILITIES - Takeaway food. Bike hire.Wellbeing centre (8 euros per person) with fitness room (over 18yrs), sauna & steam room. Wi-Fi on site (hourly or weekly charge payable).
SWIMMING - Heated outdoor pool 200m² & 1.6m deep with jacuzzi & paddling pool. Partly covered aquatic area 800m² and 1.2m deep with lagoon & lazy river. All pools are open all season.
End of stay cleaning - 65 euros.
Towel hire - 6 euros per person.
Bed linen hire - 12 euros per double bed, 8 euros per single.
Baby facilities - Cot & high chair hire 4 euros per day in Jul/Aug (free at other times).
