Sgle storey semi-detached property next to friendly owners & QA2013 Max 2+ in 17thC farmhouse surrounded by 18 acres with wood, orchard, volleyball net, garden furniture & sun loungers. Living room (English digital satellite tv/dvd) with kitchenette (2-ring hob, m/wave, f/freezer, d/washer). 2 bedrms - 1 dble (en suite shower/wc, w/machine), 1 twin (en suite bath/shower/wc). Cot, high chair, baby bath. Electric heating (included). Private patio & bbq. Towel hire 8 euros per person. Owners offer a babysitting service at extra cost. No smoking. Utility charge: included. The Pool: 10m x 5m & 1.5m deep, fenced & safety alarmed. Available all summer & shared with other residents.
Within walking distance of village shops, restaurant & bar. Visits to wine châteaux organised.

Thoroughly enjoyable holiday for all! We appreciated the space & the peace and quiet and all enjoyed the pool. The 'pink book' & Paul were a mine of information. We especially enjoyed the Dune & St Emilion, also the swimming lake at Hostens and exploring the area, the canal, the countryside (lots to see). The local restaurant 'L'Absolu' is to be recommended. A lovely visit, a great pace of life and plenty to occupy all and many thanks to Paul & Berni for all their help and advice! The kids loved the Pilat Dune and we all enjoyed St Emilion, Meilhan sur Garonne with added canoe experience. The garden is a real joy and the kids loved picking the plums. We have had a lovely week in Le Pin. Lots of fun in the pool & playing volleyball but best of all lovely walks around Paul & Berni's beautiful garden!
