Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Fairly small detached property, one of a group of 5 gites sharing a lovely large outdoor pool. In rural surroundings on the outskirts of a small village, 200m from a cattle breeding farm. Living room with sofa, tv, dining table/chairs & fitted kitchen (2nd dining area, fireplace with woodburner, f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer). Large shower room off kitchen leading to separate wc. First floor has 2 bedrms - 1 dble, 1 tple (dble & sgle bed). Cot, travel cot, high chair, baby bath (request at time of booking). Electric heaters. Very large grounds (swings) shared with the other gites. Own garden (steps up) and enclosed courtyard with garden furniture & bbq. Private parking area. Utility charge: metered. The Pool: 16m x 7m and 0.6m-1.8m deep with sun terrace and loungers. Poolside shower. 30m from the property it is fenced, shared with the other gites and open from end of May to end of September.
The small town of Beaumont du Périgord (6k) holds a good Saturday market and has a recommended restaurant (L'Hostellerie de Saint Front).
