Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
One of 2 attractive semi-detached cottages (each with plenty of privacy, see QA1238 Max 8+) in quiet setting near owners' holiday home. This one is sgle storey & accessible for disabled. Large hallway leads to pleasant open plan living area with well equipped fitted kitchen (m/wave, f/freezer, w/machine) & dining area with French windows. Lounge with exposed stone/beams, video, dvd, tv - English channels. Dble bedrm (1m50 width bed). Travel cot, high chair and baby bath. Shower room/wc. Tumble dryer in hallway. Electric heating (included). Large wooded grounds (shared with QA1238) with bbq area. Gravel courtyard with garden furniture. No smoking in the bedrooms. Utility charge: included. The Pool: 11m x 5.6m and 1m - 2m deep. Fenced, with sun terraces & loungers. Night 'bubble cover'. Open June to mid Oct, shared with QA1238 and (rarely) owners.
There are many amenities in the village within walking distance and activities in summer include concerts, fairs and a night market. A great location for exploring the Dordogne - Bergerac is only half an hour away (guided tours, wine tasting) & the picturesque village of Limeuil has a river beach with boating & swimming.
