Arriving at your property

Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.

Description of Accommodation

Nestling between the Atlantic coast & the Gironde estuary, Soulac sur Mer has much to offer holidaymakers including an endless stretch of fine sandy beaches, backed by pine forests with walking & cycling paths. There are sporting activities for all ages from tennis and horse riding to mountain biking & parachute jumping! Savour gourmet delights such as the local speciality of 'crevettes blanches à l'anis' (white shrimps cooked in aniseed) or sugared hazelnuts. Wander around the colourful markets or head to the vineyards of Médoc where some of the finest 'grands crus' in the world are produced & indulge in some wine tasting.

In a pleasant wooded setting, just 400m from the beach this 16 hectare campsite with 524 pitches has good facilities including family entertainment (Jul/Aug), an indoor & outdoor swimming pool and a communal bbq.

Max: 6 - Chalet style mobile homes have living room with table/chairs, padded seating, kitchen corner (fridge, microwave + 4 ring hob), 1 double & 2 twin bedrooms, shower, wc. Wooden terrace with garden furniture.

Extra Services

SPORTS - Football, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, boules. Archery (2 days a week Jul/Aug). Watersports (surfing, sailing), fishing, mini-golf, horse riding, all 2k.

FOR CHILDREN - Free activities for 3-8yrs in Jul/Aug (painting, arts & crafts, shows). Play area.

OTHER ACTIVITIES - Sports tournaments, day excursions (Jul/Aug). Evening entertainment in Jul/Aug (music shows, karaoke, bingo, dance evenings).

SWIMMING - Outdoor swimming pool (15 May to 26 Sept) with paddling pool, jacuzzi and lazy river. Indoor pool (open all season) with steam room.

Bed linen hire - 6 euros per single bed, 12 euros per double bed.

Baby facilities - Baby kit (cot, high chair, pushchair & baby bath) 35 euros per stay.
