Pleasant semi-detached property adjoining barn on dairy farm, close to owners in rural setting (alt 760m). On outskirts of village (restaurant 1k). Spacious dining room with fitted kitchen area (d/washer, m/wave), beams & woodburner. Cosy lounge with tv. Shower room (w/machine). Wc. 1st floor has bathroom, wc & 4 attic bedrms - 2 dbles, 1 twin & 1 with large sgle bed. Travel cot, high chair. C/heating. Large rear garden with swing, furniture, bbq. Pretty terrace. Garage. Utility charge: metered.
The D204 leads from the gite to the village of Giat (11k) which holds many markets & fairs.
