Lovely semi-detached property adjoining welcoming a house on owners' dairy farm. Peaceful setting. Spacious sitting/dining room with beams, tv, woodburner, 2 comfortable settees, large dining table and kitchen area (d/washer, m/wave, freezer, decorative fireplace). Utility room (w/machine). Wc. Shower room. 1st floor has 2nd wc, bathroom and 3 pretty bedrms - dble, twin and tple (3 sgle beds). Cot < 3yrs, high chair, stairgate, playpen. Oil fired c/heating (84 euros/wk). Private, open courtyard. Garden with furniture & bbq. Car shelter. Utility charge: metered.
Audierne is a small town & active fishing port specialising in good local seafood and the Baie d'Audierne has excellent beaches with long stretches of fine sand.
