Description of Armoric Hotel, Bénodet
Bénodet is a picture-perfect yachting resort on the Odet estuary and has three long golden beaches and wooded countryside. Although close to one of these beaches, this hotel (and its annexe next door) with its tasteful decoration and free Wi-Fi is one in which it's all too easy to stay put. Perhaps find a shady corner in the lovely grounds and dip into a book - or the heated pool. But, if you can tear yourself away, take a trip up river to Quimper, famous for its pottery, or simply venture out by night and try your luck at the casino. Hotel has free parking plus a small garage approx. 5 euros/night.

Prices in black are per person based on two sharing. They include B&B and return ferry crossings on selected sailings to France, for a standard car and occupants.

Ferry prices for holiday clients are greatly reduced therefore if you travel abroad for 7 nights or longer a minimum of 3 nights holiday accommodation for all members of the party must be booked.

The Armoric is a family-run hotel with excellent service from both the family and their staff. We stayed in 'confort' room no. 26. It was very clean with a very practical bathroom. We partically appreciated the sensible lighting above the bathroom mirror, also the magnifying mirror for shaving. The walk-in shower allowed you to set the temperature accurately, so no nasty shocks, and a non-slip tray! A generous 6'0" bed with cotton bedding and good mattress. Nothing flash, but all very comfortable and pleasant. The weather was very hot during our stay, but our room had plenty of natural ventilation. The breakfast room was large and airy, with all the usual choices. We did not sample the evening meals as we ate out at lunchtimes. A very pleasant garden, with sun and shade, plus pool.
