More stairs up to lounge (satellite tv). C/heating (included). Small enclosed garden (patio, furniture, bbq). Larger enclosed garden shared with owner's family & friendly labrador. Utility charge: included.

An excellent location just a short drive from Dinan and St Malo. There is so much here within walking distance - the boulangerie for fresh morning croissants, the local beach for a swim (estuary beach is a 20 minute walk along a country road), the village restaurants for French cuisine and there are well marked footpaths along the beautiful Rance estuary.

Super, cosy gîte, very comfortable and well thought out colour scheme much appreciated too - a great design! An excellent location for trips out - Cancale, Mt St Michel, Combourg, and the Port of Dinan is a delight. We've enjoyed meals in the local auberge & creperie & the village boulangerie sells delicious bread and pastries (very friendly service too). Mme Lebreton's dog is a nice fellow. This little gite is perfect for two and yet being set out on several levels it doesn't feel cramped. Plouër sur Rance is well served with its restaurants and shops and 'La Cale' restaurant offered an exceptionally good value lunchtime formula. Enjoyed visits to Dinan and St Malo. We've enjoyed a lovely week here, with lots to see and do in the locality. 'Le Vignier' was a very comfortable base for our stay, in a delightful village (little market on Sunday morning). The restaurant and creperie were both good value. Gill & Adrian, September 2012

We have enjoyed a wonderful week here. This comfortable little house is perfect for two people & ideally located for many outings without having to travel too far afield. Plouër sur Rance is a friendly village & 'La Gargote' is a very welcoming restaurant serving a good 'plat du jour'. Drive to Dinan (via La Hisse) there is so much to see! Beaches at St Cast are gorgeous and Mordreuc has a small beach much closer. Just down the road at Le Port the 'La Cale' restaurant & bar right on the river serves a good moules marinière.
