Hotel had recently been refurbished. Rooms were modern with reasonable space and facilities. The self-service breakfasts provided a good choice and the option of a 3-course evening dinner provided a very pleasant dining experience which was of good quality and much better than some of the tourist options in local restaurants. I have been to Hotel Jerzual before. The Hotel is ideally situated by the side of the River Rance. You have two ways in which to reach the town of Dinan. The rooms are of good standard, the reception area is bright and cheerful with very helpful staff. The restaurant was clean and welcoming with superb food. The Bar area is bright and you can also have afternoon tea with pastries. Overall, I cannot find fault but there again it is a Best Western and if there had been a problem I would have been very surprised. Mr & Mrs Richardson, Sandown, February 2013

An excellent short break at the Hotel Jezual, the hotel staff are brilliant. Most helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The rooms were well maintained and serviced to a high standard. The restaurant provides excellent food, wine and service. The pool and gym facilities were great for relaxing in, as was the bar in the evening. The hotel provides an excellent base for touring the local beaches and towns, the hotel is supported by the splendour of the town of Dinan. We will undoubtedly return. Excellent hotel in a charming, quiet location - a real gem. Dinan also was a revelation. The hotel staff were all friendly, efficient and courteous and the hotel's accommodation and facilities were superb. The restaurant also served food of the highest standard. The hotel is exceptionally well located on the banks of the river. Parking is easy and although access through the old port can be challenging there is a very easy route out from the rear of the hotel. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the restaurant provides excellent food at a fair price. We have used this hotel before and certainly intend to return. George & margaret Spickett, July 2012
