Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Well equipped lovely terraced property with a very large & attractive enclosed rear garden (a perfect spot to relax), just 1k from the beach. Kitchen (washer, dryer, d/washer, freezer, m/wave). Dining room. Lounge (fireplace, tv, dvd). Shower/wc. 1st flr bath/shower, wc & 3 bedrms - king size dble, a dble & children's room (twin beds). High chair, stairgate, cot. 2nd flr twin & dble bedrm. C/heating. Enclosed courtyard with wooden terrace. Garden furniture, loungers, bbq & swings. Utility charge: metered.
This is by the road that takes you into Dinard, an attractive & popular resort in summer, on the Rance estuary with several sandy beaches. You can take a boat trip across to St Malo on the other side of the estuary, which is great fun.

Gite far exceeded expectations. The garden is not large it is huge, with a little Wendy House at the bottom and swings. House was large too and very well equipped. Dinard is wonderful and there is a beach about 15 minutes walk (children's speed!). Madame who welcomes is very helpful and informative. Wonderful for large families. The Ravens, August 2012
This property is in a good location for families being a short walk from the beach, park and ferry to St Malo and a lovely coastal walk to Dinard. It has a huge safe enclosed garden with swings. Inside it is spacious and well equipped with practical furnishings. A second shower or modern bath would help but otherwise it had everything there you could need for young families. It's a short drive from a range of good shops and other attractions and the owner is pleasant and helpful. Mr & Mrs Wilson, July 2012

What a marvellous house and garden! Dinard is truly beautiful and the beach is magnificent, with the added bonus of a sea water pool. The children have really enjoyed the pleasure of their own rooms and safety of the garden. The Magloires, August 2008
Our 4th visit over 7 years to this house so naturally we are fans of the property and the location. There are great things to do in the region. Part of the pleasure of this gite is the garden, sun-trap on the terrace, local produce, a good book and a glass of cool white wine in the early evening. Enjoy, all who follow. Our favourite boulangerie is the blue one by the church square on the way into Dinard (my favourite cake is an 'opera' which is full of chocolate). The Dobies, July 2008
