It is in a fantastic position 600m from St Briac golf course and beach (the small lane alongside leads directly to the beach). Open plan living room with glass doors to decked terrace, central inset fireplace, comfortable lounge (flat screen tv, dvd) & dining area. Kitchen area with f/freezer, induction hob, m/wave & d/washer. Spacious dble bedrm with sitting area & door to terrace. 3 smaller bedrms - 2 more dbles (1 with en suite shower) & a room with bunk beds and ladder to small mezzanine. Bath/shower room. Wc. Electric heating. W/machine in garage (not for car). Private parking. Lovely garden with flowers, palm tree, covered terrace, lawn, garden furniture & bbq. Utility charge: metered.
St Briac is a pretty seaside village, lively in summer, and neighbouring Dinard has magnificent beaches with various watersports and children's clubs, just across the estuary from St Malo (take the vedette water bus to save driving).
