Arriving at your property

Description of Accommodation

Comfortable detached gite near owners' house and their Chambres d'Hôtes (shared lawn area), alongside a river on the outskirts of Dol de Bretagne (1k). Living room with flat screen tv and 7 steps up to kitchen/dining area (m/wave, small d/washer). Wc. Open tread stairs lead to 1st floor twin bedrm with en suite shower/wc (w/machine). Steps to 2nd level with a dble bedrm (en suite shower/wc). Duvets. Travel cot, baby bath. C/heating (8 euros/day).Balcony/terrace over river (children can fish) with garden furniture & bbq. Utility charge: included.
