Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.

Description of Accommodation
Nestling in the Baie de Bretagne, Plonévez Porzay has two beautiful, fine sandy beaches and is ideal for keen walkers as the marked footpath GR34 leads from here through pleasant, peaceful countryside. Douarnenez offers many watersports and has a picturesque old quarter with narrow cobbled streets, cafés & restaurants (excellent seafood) and a market held in the main square.
This friendly site which covers 7 hectares and has 300 pitches is in a lovely setting just 900m froma beautiful sandy beach on the Douarnenez bay. Facilities include good family entertainment (in high season) and an indoor & outdoor heated pool.
Max: 4/5 - Chalet style 'Sunshine' mobile homes have living room with table/chairs, padded seating (converts to single bed), kitchen corner (microwave + 3 ring hob), double & twin bedroom (may have bunk beds), shower, wc. Partly coveredwooden terrace with garden furniture. Bbq hire 4 euros/day, 18 euros/week.
Max: 6 - 'Resort'. As above except with 3 bedrooms - 2 twins (one may have bunk beds) and a double.

SPORTS - Tennis. Multi sports ground (football, volleyball, basketball). Table tennis. Mini golf.
FOR CHILDREN - Free activities (shows, arts & crafts) from Mon to Fri, 2 hours per day in Jul/Aug. Games room - billiards, table football (Jul/Aug). Play area, bouncy castle.
OTHER ACTIVITIES - Entertainment in Jul/Aug - circus & magic shows, themed evenings, karaoke, bingo.
FACILITIES - Take away food (June to Aug). Small shop (Jul/Aug). Bike hire & mini golf (all season).
SWIMMING - Outdoor heated pool 17m x 8m & 1.10m to 2m deep with waterslide. Indoor heated pool 105m² & 0.3m to 1.7m deep. Both have a paddling pool and are open all season.
End of stay cleaning - 90 euros.
Baby facilities - Baby kit hire (cot, bath & high chair) 30 euros per week.
Bed linen hire - Disposable type. 6 euros per single bed, 9 euros per double bed.

Customer Review
We had a very relaxed, peaceful break. Staff were courteous, happy to help, thought we were mad on occasions with crazy English habits. Location once we got orientated was brilliant base for Locronan, Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz and Morgat. Weather was, well not a show stoppper, couple of days glorious sunshine timed in well with beach days so tan task completed. Bottom line would I go again? Yes. The Fawkner-Simpsons, August 2012
