Description of Accommodation
Lovely property adjoining another holiday home & close to welcoming owners. Living room has leather suite & fitted kitchen (m/wave & d/washer) partly separated by a breakfast bar. Shower (w/machine). Wc. Open stairs to 1st floor with twin & dble bedrm. Baby equipment (cot, high chair & stairgate). Heaters. Large shared grounds with swings & games. Private garden with furniture and bbq. Shared table tennis in barn. Utility charge: metered.
Previous guests speak highly of this wonderful location & also recommend the owner's cider! St Nic is close to the spectacular Armorique coast road which twists & turns along the Bay of Douarnenez.

We have had a lovely time here. The gite is well suited to 2 adults and 2 children. The swing, slide & sand-pit were put to good use whilst at the gite.
