Detached property in a group of 3 gites with large shared rear garden in pleasant rural setting. Living room has kitchenette (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer, w/machine) partly separated from sitting/dining area (tv, dvd) by breakfast bar. Shower room (curtained off from living area). Wc. Open tread stairs to 1st floor twin bedrm on landing leading to dble bedrm, bathroom & 2nd wc. Cot, high chair & 2 stairgates. Heaters. Small private front garden (furniture, bbq). Utility charge: metered.
Guingamp holds a colourful Friday & Saturday market.
