Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Detached cottage in very peaceful rural surroundings, much praised by previous guests. No smoking. Spacious kitchen/dining room (d/washer, f/freezer, m/wave) with settee, woodburner - free logs provided, English tv, exposed beams. Lounge. Shower/wc. 1st floor has bath/shower/wc and 3 bedrms - 2 dbles, 1 twin (smaller room more suitable for children). Duvets. Travel cot < 2yrs, high chair, stairgates. W/machine. Electric heating (included). Large garden/field with furniture, bbq & swings. No other arrival day possible (must be Friday). Utility charge: included.
Josselin has a Saturday market and a picturesque château overlooking the river Oust. For watersports there is a popular lake near Ploërmel (25k).

A lovely quiet gite with everything we needed to relax. We made the most of our week with trips to Paimpont forest, the Morbihan Gulf - the Château de Suscinio was excellent. Thank you again for the use of your lovely gite - we find the house as relaxing and charming as ever. We managed to tear ourselves away from the peaceful surroundings and revisited some old haunts and found some equally enjoyable new ones. The house is very comfortable and well equipped - we were particularly impressed with the insect screens on the bedroom windows which meant we could have the windows open without getting bitten to pieces. The weather has been very hot most days with only a couple of showers so we have been able to visit all the nearby towns and swim in the lake at Ploermel several times.
