Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Detached, newly renovated gite just 300m from the coast (beach 500m) and near the GR34 marked footpath. Owners' house and BN6051 Max 2+ 100m away. Sitting/dining room with tv, woodburner and kitchen area (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer). Bath/shower room. Wc. Dble bedrm with French window (2 steps) to rear terrace (garden furniture, bbq). Open tread stairs lead to 2nd wc and 2 bedrms - a dble and a twin (curtain, no door). Cot < 3yrs, high chair, stairgate, playpen. Electric heaters. W/machine in garage (no parking). Pleasant enclosed garden leading to owners' vegetable plot. Utility charge: metered.
Owners will give clients access to private lane that leads to the beach. The local village of Le Yaudet has a listed church and a pleasure port for sea canoeing. Thursday market held in Lannion.
