Description of Accommodation
The beautiful beach of Guidel Plages on the Morbihan coast is less than half an hour from this attractive setting beside a golf course. A great base to discover this very popular holiday area with other resorts such as Bénodet and Carnac within easy reach. It's also ideal for cycling and walks with a number of local routes to choose from.
Adjacent to the lovely Quéven-Lorient golf course, the Domaine de Val Quéven is a newly built residence with around 80 houses and apartments grouped in small clusters around the pedestrianised grounds. Guests staying here are given a 30% discount on green fees while non-golfers can enjoy the indoor heated pool (15m x 5m and 1.4m deep) which has a retractable cover for warm weather. Other facilities include a sauna and massage rooms (charge payable), a gym (free of charge) and children's play area. Welcoming club house restaurant (which also serves take away food) and bar open all year. Wi-Fi in reception area (charge payable). Car park just outside the entrance.
Max: 4 - Ground or first floor apartment has living room with tv, double sofa bed and kitchen area with dishwasher, hob & oven. Bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm) which may be joined to make a king size bed. Bath/shower/wc. Patio or balcony with garden furniture. First floor apartments are reached by outside stairs.
Max: 6 - 2 storey house has living room with tv, double sofa bed and kitchen area with dishwasher, hob & oven. Wc. First floor has double bedroom (king size bed), a twin (2 x 80cm beds) and bath/shower/wc. Patio with garden furniture.
Max: 8 - 2 storey house has living room with tv, double sofa bed and kitchen area with dishwasher, hob & oven. Wc. Two bedrooms with 2 single beds (80cm) which may be joined to make king size bed (1 on first floor and 1 on ground floor with en suite shower). 3rd bedroom with bunk beds and bath/shower/wc on first floor. Patio with garden furniture.
