Detached, rustic stone cottage which has been restored to retain many of its original features, in friendly hamlet. Kitchen/dining room (f/freezer, m/wave, exposed beams, large stone fireplace with woodburner) leading to shower room/wc (w/machine). Spacious lounge (tv - English channels, dvd). Stairs to mezzanine (sitting area with bookcase) leading to 2 comfortable bedrms (1 with sloping floor) - 1 dble & 1 twin. Duvets. Heating (included). Free Wi-Fi on private terrace (garden furniture & bbq). Gravel pathway in front of property leads to owners' home (no passing vehicles - parking for both houses at entrance). No smoking. Utility charge: included (except logs for woodburner).

An ideal walking area, and a choice of 2 restaurants 500m away (both recommended by the owner and previous clients). 6-hole golf at Carhaix (20k), fun for beginners and more skilled golfers. 30 minutes from the lovely medieval town of Morlaix which holds a huge Saturday market and has a magnificent viaduct.

Despite weather we had a wonderful time & all liked the 'Karaez Adrénaline Adventure Park' where we zip wired through the trees; there was a long zip of 250m, what a thrill! Barbeques on the terrace were a lot of fun. The church enclose were truly Gothic & we managed to get some suitably sinister looking photos. Thank you for the impeccable 'Home from Home'. Excellent holiday despite mixed weather; managed to dodge the showers & seen & done a huge variety of things.
