Description of Hotel d'Europe, Morlaix
Close to the imposing viaduct in the centre of this sheltered yacht haven, the d'Europe is stylish yet homely and good value for money. The individual bedrooms are comfortably pleasant and have free Wi-Fi, the atmosphere is one of old fashioned elegance and there is direct access from reception to a good, modern restaurant next door. Be sure to explore the cobbled streets and medieval buildings of this old Breton port and climb the steep stairway to the dramatic pink granite railway viaduct. Free public parking 500m.

This is a very old hotel with the most beautiful carved wooden staircase. The staff were very welcoming, the English spoken is perfect. The rooms are very basic and in need of new décor but on the whole comfortable and warm. Breakfast was a pleasant self service continental affair, quite relaxing. The Hotel, although in the town centre, was surprisingly unaffected by night time noise. I would stay here again. The Boyd Party, April 2013
Wow, what can we say upon our arrival at the hotel we were greeted by super friendly staff coffee and croissants! The location is great and the hotel is perfect, very sweet and french. Excellent staff who are very informative & helpful. The hotel site in the centre of town is ideal, Morlaix is a great place to explore, with the Saturday market taking over the centre of town.
