Lovely detached house with sea views, in hamlet 200m from a pebble beach. Interior is well furnished in a modern style. Sitting/dining room with inset fireplace, tv and patio doors to large wooden terrace. Fitted kitchen (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer). Dble bedrm (king size bed) with en suite shower/wc. Shower room. Wc. 1st floor has 2nd wc and 4 cosy bedrms - 3 dbles (1 with en suite bathroom) and a twin. C/heating. Garage (w/machine). Front & rear enclosed grounds with furniture, bbq & 2 deckchairs. Utility charge: metered.
The marked footpath GR34 leaves nearby for pleasant coastal walks. Paimpol is a charming old town with narrow streets, half-timbered buildings, colourful shops & cafés and a bustling harbour - don't miss the Tuesday morning market held here too.
