Description of Accommodation
Lovely 1st floor apartment, one of 15 within an attractive building overlooking marina in this popular holiday resort. No smoking. Bright interior has spacious open plan living room with lounge/dining area (tv), sleeping area (2 sgle beds which may be placed together to make a 1.80m width king size bed), 2 sets of large sliding glass doors to balcony (garden furniture). Tiny kitchen area with w/machine & combination microwave/oven/grill. Bath/shower room/wc. Electric heating. Compulsory end of stay cleaning charge. Utility charge: metered.
This apartment is very well situated, within walking distance of beach, shops, restaurants, bars etc (there's also a bar on the ground floor of the building). Perros Guirec has 3 lovely beaches with a choice of watersports and activities including sailing, windsurfing & canoeing. There are also boat trips out to the beautiful Sept Iles bird sanctuary across the bay.
