Description of Accommodation
Beautifully renovated detached farmhouse in extensive grounds with tennis court (equipment provided), shared with owners and 2nd gite nearby (capacity 3). Well furnished interior. Spacious, comfortable living room with fireplace, large dining table, benches, corner settee, armchairs, dvd and attractive kitchen/dining area (d/washer, w/machine, t/dryer, m/wave). Dble bedrm with en suite shower. Wc. 1st floor has bath/shower room, wc & 3 bedrms - 2 dbles, 1 twin. Cot, baby bath, stairgate. C/heating (12 euros/day). Lovely gardens with furniture, swing, bbq & fenced pond. Games room in outbuilding (table tennis, table football), access via open tread stairs. Shared trampoline and small slide. Utility charge: metered.
As well as the lovely nearby beaches at Le Val André, the resorts of Erquy & Les Sables d'Or are very appealing.
