Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Lovely, detached modern house in village centre opposite owners' home, just 300m from the beach. Not far from coastal road. Sitting/dining room with tv, 3 seater settee, armchairs, patio doors to terrace and bright, white fitted kitchen area (f/freezer, toaster, m/wave, combined oven/d/washer). W/machine (in back kitchen). 1st floor has small shower room/wc and 2 nice dble bedrms (large, low velux windows with super sea views). Travel cot, high chair, stairgate. Electric heating. Private terrace and small lawn area (garden furniture, bbq). Access to owners' beautifully kept, enclosed garden with flowers, small pond & fountain. Utility charge: metered.
The fine sandy beach is easily accessible by foot via a path near owners' house. Erquy's lovely port (2k) offers facilities such as sailing & canoeing. Saturday market held in village (800m).

The walk along the coastal path around Cap d'Erquy is well worth the effort. It gives access to several fine beaches. The little cove on Caroual beach, just below the house, is a beautiful spot at low tide on a sunny morning but you will find your own favourites among the multitude of possibilities the locality has to offer.
