Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Stone-built gite near owners' house, in renovated outbuildings of 16thC windmill. Living room with kitchen area (d/washer & m/wave), fireplace (woodburner) & tv. Wc. 1st floor (open tread stairs) has shower, wc, tple (dble & sgle bed) and dble bedrm. W/machine. Heating. Garden with furniture, bbq, swing & table tennis. Utility charge: metered.
There is a private lake available (3 hectares) for fishing all year (carp, pike, roach, eel, perch - no permit required) and a small boat which guests may use. Fishing equipment available from owner, on request. Pont l'Abbé has a Thursday market.

We have had another wonderful holiday. The gite remains as lovely as ever, a real home from home. Annick and Michel are wonderful hosts, they kindly let us visit the puppies (so cute) and were helpful and cheerful throughout. We enjoyed excellent crêpes at the crêperie next door, visited a beautiful beach at Bénodet and the market at Pont l'Abbé on Thursday morning. Francesca, Glen, Val and James, July 2011

We have thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to this gite. The gite is well equipped and in a good location for either surfing locally or a relaxed swim at Loctudy. Mme Carval welcomed us with cider and Far Breton which were delicious. The market in Pont l'Abbé is well worth visiting on Thursday. We have really enjoyed playing table tennis and fishing in the evenings. All in all we have had a really good second holiday here. Jennifer, Fred and Christopher Wood, July 2010
