Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Detached cottage, next to another gite & close to welcoming owner in peaceful hamlet. Traditionally furnished living room with beams, tv & kitchen area (f/freezer, m/wave). Laundry room (d/washer). Bathroom. Wc. Open stairs to three 1st floor bedrms - 1 dble, 1 twin, 1 sgle. Duvets. Gas c/heating (70 euros p/w). Laundry room with w/machine. Large shared grounds. Lovely private garden (furniture, bbq). Utility charge: metered.
This area is known as the Pays de Bigouden after the elaborate lace headdresses you sometimes see. The Bigouden museum in nearby Pont l'Abbé is dedicated to local dress and traditions.

We spent a very enjoyable week in this comfortable gite. Warm hospitality from Mme Le Gall. The house is well equipped and the position is excellent for visiting all the interesting local sites. Mr and Mme Le Gall welcomed us warmly with a welcome cup of tea and Breton cake! Although the weather has been mixed we have enjoyed the fresh air and beautiful countryside. Thursday evening we were kindly entertained by the Le Galls and we readily accepted a bottle of cider and a box of fresh egg s. A very enjoyable 2 weeks. Visited Quimper, Concarneau and Pont Aven, all well worth a visit. Surfing beach at Pointe de la Torche worth 3 visits with our teenagers and husband.
